Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging

Non-returnable items:

• Personalized or signed books (unless damaged or defective)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
